Wuyi Star Ba San Cha Ren Da Hong Pao Oolong Tea recreates the legend of the Da Hong Pao Era in 1990. In 1990, the first Da Hong Pao product, Ba San Cha Ren Da Hong Pao, was born at Wuyi Star Tea Scientific Research Institute.

Ba San Cha Ren Da Hong Pao changed the history of the loose Wuyi Rock Tea and the legend of the Da Hong Pao Era began. Based on the long memory of the first Da Hong Pao product, Wuyi Star has perfectly restored the classics of the year, with exquisite and traditional roasting skill, and also the strong style of heavy roasting that eventually became a must-have tea for Kungfu tea brewing.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders ship from Toronto, Canada. International orders (including the U.S.) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes—buyers are responsible.
Processing time: 3–5 business days on average. This may be longer during peak seasons or subscription box launches.
Delivery time shown at checkout reflects carrier estimates only and does not include processing time.

2. Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
To request an address change, email us before your order ships with your order number and updated address. Changes are not guaranteed.
Please report any shipping issues within the allowed timeframe. Late claims may not be accepted.

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our return terms carefully:

1. No Returns on Non-Defective Items

We only accept returns for items with manufacturer defects.
No returns on tea products under any condition due to food safety regulations.
Shipping damages are handled separately—please refer to our Shipping Policy.

2. Manufacturer Defects

Minor defects (e.g. glaze imperfections, packaging misprints): We may offer store credit or a gift card as compensation.
Major defects (e.g. cracks, broken items, unsealed tea packaging): We provide free replacements. Return shipping may be required (we will cover the cost).

3. Refund Terms

Full refunds include product price, shipping, and tax, but exclude third-party fees (e.g. customs duties).
Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for return.
