The term "Keng" (pit) refers to broad valleys between cliffs in Wuyi Mountain. Among the "Three Pits" — Hui Yuan Keng, Niu Lan Keng, and Dao Shui Keng — the unique mineral-rich soil yields Rock Oolongs with unparalleled elegance: supple texture, delicate complexity, and lingering floral notes.

As the largest of the three, Hui Yuan Keng is a historic tea-growing zone with over 800 documented tea cultivars, earning its title as the "Epicenter of Rare Tea Varietals."

1. No Returns on Non-Defective Items

We only accept returns for items with manufacturer defects.
No returns on tea products under any condition due to food safety regulations.

2. Manufacturer Defects

Minor defects (e.g. glaze imperfections, packaging misprints): We may offer store credit or a gift card as compensation.
Major defects (e.g. cracks, broken items, unsealed tea packaging): We provide free replacements. Return shipping may be required (we will cover the cost).

3. Refund Terms

Full refunds include product price, shipping, and tax, but exclude third-party fees (e.g. customs duties).
