1. No Returns for Undamaged Goods Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturer defects. For shipping damage issues, please refer to our "Shipping Policy." Tea products (regardless of condition) are strictly non-returnable.

2. Manufacturer Defect Handling

  • Minor Defects (e.g., glaze imperfections, packaging printing errors): Store gift cards may be issued as compensation at our discretion.

  • Major Defects (e.g., breakage, cracks, opened tea packaging): Free replacement of the item will be provided. If necessary, the defective item must be returned (we will cover the return shipping costs).

3. Refund/Return Conditions Full refunds include order amount, shipping fees, and taxes, but do not include third-party fees (e.g., customs duties). Damage caused by improper customer use or poor storage will not be eligible for return. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

4. Handling of Returned Packages If a package is returned due to an address issue and the goods are intact: We can re-ship the order upon payment of new shipping fees, or you may opt for a refund (original shipping costs will be deducted).
