1. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: From Toronto, Canada. International orders (including the United States) may incur customs duties and import taxes, which need to be handled by the recipient.

• Delivery Time: Average 3-5 business days (shipping time may be longer during holidays or sales events). Shipments from Monday to Friday.

• Processing Time: Subject to the time displayed on the product page (no processing on weekends or holidays).

2. Address Modification

• Incorrect Address: If a deliverable address causes issues, no compensation will be provided.

• Address Change: For successful address modification requests (not guaranteed), please provide the old address and order number.
